EPU Electrically Driven High Pressure Test Systems: Silent, Accurate and Fully Plug & Play
The electrically driven high pressure test systems (EPU) from GLOBE Test Equipment are designed for test applications up to 300 bar and offer a quiet, efficient and highly user-friendly solution for hydrostatic testing. Thanks to the electric drive, these systems are ideal for work environments where noise levels, stability and precision are key factors.
Accurate and Safe Pressure Build-Up
With the EPU systems you perform hydrostatic tests on components such as hoses, vessels, modules and cylinders. Pressure is built up using liquid — usually water or oil — until the preset test pressure is reached. Thanks to the digital display, you can easily set the desired pressure, ensuring controlled and repeatable testing every time. The system effortlessly detects leaks, manufacturing defects, wear and pressure-related failures.
Ease of Use Through Smart Technology
The EPU is equipped with a modern electric motor that runs quietly and smoothly. The integrated quick-connect system allows the liquid end of the pump to be changed quickly without shutting down the entire system — ideal for environments where continuous testing is required. All systems are supplied in a durable stainless steel frame, including the necessary connections and couplings, so you can start testing right away.
